Frustrated planning lessons? Make your life easier with this list of the best ESL lesson plan websites. You'll never have to plan a lesson again.

1) ESL Flow is an amazing website. It's got hundreds of ESL lesson plans and ideas. It's easy to search, has detailed printable lessons and covers a wide range of topics.

2) i-to-i teach English abroad is a great source of ESL lesson plans. You can search by level, warmers, fillers, and calmers.

3) Total ESL  has a great search engine to browse through over 150 different ESL lesson plans. You can search on level and type, find the lesson that suits you, and download the word doc.

4) Using English is packed with ESL lesson plans. You can search by level, grammar subject and theme.

5) The Internet TESL journal has an extensive list of over 200 ESL lesson plans. It's not that easy to search through as they are arranged in a list, but it's worth scanning through. The categories are first class, business, conversation, culture, games, grammar, internet, music and songs, pronunciation, reading, video, vocabulary, and writing.

6) ESL.About.com has ESL lesson plans for beginners, intermediate and advanced levels on reading, writing, grammar, listening and speaking. You can also find quizzes, conversation, vocabulary, and children's lessons. It's easy to search and has a lot of good material.

7)  TEFL.Net has a load of ESL lesson plans arranged by level. They have lessons, games, authentic material, teaching tips, and even a worksheet generator.

8) Simply ESL has quite a few lesson plans if you don't have much time to prepare. They are short articles but with some imagination you can extend and apply them to your syllabus.

9) ESL Monkeys is full of ESL lesson plans. You have to sieve through some rubbish to get the good ones, but they provide detailed plans.

10) Tefl Jobs Overseas is mainly a job board, however they have a decent ESL lesson plan search engine which is worth a look.

11) ESL flashcards is a great site for, you've guessed it, flashcards. Find ESL flashcards about all topics including actions, adjectives, sports, places, time and even Valentine's Day.

12) ELT games is a decent website for games in the ESL class.

13) English-4u you can register to get some lesson plans but have to subscribe to get access to all of them.

14) esl-lounge looks pretty good if you want to pay. It's only $125 for life membership, he says.

15) esl-library has over 500 lesson plans. Again, they look very good and professional so it might be worth the $55 a year membership.
